Terms & Conditions Last updated: June 18, 2025 Welcome to Phoenix Immigration Consulting Services LLC USA (“Phoenix Immigration,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms: 1. Scope of Services 1.1. We provide immigration consultation, application preparation, and related support (“Services”). 1.2. All Services are subject to your full disclosure of accurate personal and immigration information. 2. Engagement & Fees 2.1. A written engagement letter or fee agreement will outline the scope, deliverables, and payment schedule. 2.2. You agree to pay all fees and disbursements in accordance with that agreement. 2.3. Fees are non-refundable once we begin work, except where required by law. 3. Your Responsibilities 3.1. You must supply complete and truthful information, documents, and signatures in a timely manner. 3.2. You authorize us to communicate with government authorities on your behalf. 3.3. You acknowledge immigration decisions rest solely with the relevant authorities; we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. 4. Confidentiality 4.1. We will keep your personal and case information confidential, except as necessary to deliver Services or as required by law. 4.2. We will not share your data with third parties without your consent, except for our authorized service providers or legal obligations. 5. Privacy & Data Protection 5.1. Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, and store your personal information. 5.2. By engaging us, you consent to that policy and to any transfers of your data necessary for your application. 6. Communication 6.1. We will communicate primarily via email and phone. You agree to keep your contact details up to date. 6.2. You are responsible for checking your email and voicemail for updates or requests. 7. Limitation of Liability 7.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phoenix Immigration’s liability for any claim arising out of our Services is limited to the fees you have paid for that Service. 7.2. We are not liable for delays or refusals by immigration authorities. 8. Termination 8.1. Either party may terminate the engagement in writing. 8.2. On termination, you remain responsible for fees incurred up to the termination date. 9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law 9.1. Any dispute shall first be referred to mediation in Karachi, Pakistan. 9.2. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration under Pakistani law. 10. Changes to These Terms 10.1. We may update these Terms & Conditions. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. 10.2. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes your acceptance.
